I ordered furniture for a company called Three Js Furniture. I ordered a bedroom suite and a living room set. I received the bedroom suite 2 weeks after the date he promised. I received my living room suite 2 months after the promised date. He gave me a loveseat with a rip in it. He told me he would bring me a new one next week. It has been 3 weeks, and about 3 months since i ordered all the furniture, and he keeps promising me next week. His movers also busted a whole in my wall and said theyd fix it... and noone has called.. and everytime i call he feeds me lies. read full review »

A Stan Banks told us that we would be able to sell our timeshare within 180 days or he would return our $998, money back guarantee. But we were to call within the 24 hours of the 180th day, but no phone numbers that are listed through them work. How can we get our money back if no phones work?! We have complaints throughout Florida through the FBI, Better Business Bureau, Attorney General's office and Ft. Lauderdale Police Department. We can get ahold of no one at A.D.C. Marketing at all. I purchased an English bulldog puppy from Big Love Puppies/Vickie Alvord on November 28, 2009. I was told that I would receive the AKC registration papers within 5-6 months. My husband ill-advisably joined this right wing nut [almost anarchist] book club because he wanted an Economics book for free. He did not check out the offensive government hating books that were the monthly selections. Now we are trapped and forced to buy 4 books in two years or according to Lou, the person I spoke with, "They would take action at the end of two years".

I've had Allstate Automobile Insurance for at least the last 20 years, or more. It's been at least 10 years with no accident; yet, never any bonus checks sent to my home address, nor any reduction in policy rate! Why do you advertise on TV, " for every six months I don't have an accident, you receive a bonus check from Allstste!" Purchase March 2007 a 10 chair large dining room set. Paid $6800 for it. As soon as it got warm in May 2007 sawdust started to appear. I researched the dust and the holes coming from the set. Mainly from the china cabinet and server. And it turned out it was infested with Powder Post Beatles from China. I called Raymore & Flanagan and they came the next day and took it away. I purchased a Lexmark X6575 and when I ran out of ink purchased a remanufactured ink cartridge from a company I have trusted for years. There is nothing wrong with the reman cartridge, but the printer will not show me what my ink levels are. When I contacted customer service at Lexmark I was told that the only way I can have total functionality of my printer is to purchase their new ink cartridges from them, if not I will continually get a message on my computer that I am not using a genuine Lexmark ink cartridge. Encore Mktg/American Leisure have been charging my American Express care $16.95 each on Mar. 8, Apr 5, May 18, May 31, and June 15, 2010. She graduated from in Oct 2009 and then continued as a full time student with an unpaid internship until Feb 2010. The Aspen Dental scam happened to me at their office in Springfield, Ohio. In June and July 2010. I firmly believe that the reason that they are such a big corporation now is because they have been scamming for some time. Really, what is irrigation with Chlorhex?

We receive calls from HRRG, 1-800-567-1757 pretty much everyday now. They leave a message if we do not answer and if we do answer it is a generated recorded message asking us to call them back and they will be willing to help us with our bill. But when you call back, it is nothing but rude and arragant representatives on the other line.

I have purchased YAMAHA Fazer 5-6 months back from J Williams & Co pune showroom but it is constantly giving me problems while starting bike. Neither it is acting for self start or kick start. I brought up this issue to delear but it was some temporary fix. The problem keeps happening weeks interval. When our daughter in law requires health care services, she has been giving our telephone number (without our permission). When she does not pay the bill, the collection agency calls us and each time it happens, we tell them to take us off their calling list. Initially we faced problems of delivery of water jars. We called them several times for the jar delivery as there was no drining water at our home. Daily we were buying 10 to 11 mineral water bottles which was very costly. So we switched to another mineral water supplier. Now we want our refunds, and even for that we called them many times but no body from aquafina arrives. The problem started on June 28th. As water was coming through inlet pipe, it was going out immediately through outlet pipe. So I called the call centre (at 26935544). I have had the IUD mirena since 9-5-07. Things ere going well until I started having serious pain in my groin area. My wife and I picked out a couch we liked in the showroom at Jennifer Convertibles. However, we wanted a sleeper sofa. The floor manager talked us into the sleeper version of the model we liked.
