Chennai - Alleppey Express runs between these two locations daily and full to its capacity almost everyday. Still the facilities provided are pathetic with age old compartments, stinking toilets, torn seats etc etc. I travelled by this train on 29th of September from Chennai central to Alwaye. I bought the Nokia Handset from Shoprite. I am facing problems with the Audio (Telephone) quality. I went to get my car serviced. In the evening after I got my car from the service center and was going home, the brake simply jammed the vehicle. I was unable to move the vehicle on the 3rd gear and there was some burning smell coming from the vehicle. I called up the service center but it had closed its operations for that day. Next day, when I came to the service center, they are blaming me for the brake getting jammed accusing me that I do not know how to drive properly. They are not ready to accept their negligence. It had my name, P.O. Box number, my debit card info and email address.
