We signed a contract for a new sunroom in March of 2009 and they have yet to finish the job. We took them to the BBB mediation service and they showed up and agreed to finish the job. I got a new crib for my little girl. They said the crib has to be mailed from the company who makes it. That's fine and I can deal with waiting for the crib.
