We have a Sears Elite Dual fuel range. The bake element went out, so we ordered a new one, and a new oven floor, since it burned into that when it went out. We discovered we didn't know how to replace the floor, so we called for a technician. When all was said and done, we did without our oven for five weeks because of Sears having to rechedule because of over booking!!! Customer service number is 866-557-2690. System is automated, but NONE of the options allow you to talk to a human. Many legitimate services for your brokerage accounts are unavailable through the automated system and you can't speak to a human to close your account and have a check sent with the proceeds. A quick summery: If one of their clients damages your car, the only way that I have found to get a fair settlement of a claim is to have your car repaired and get a cheap rental car while yours is being repaired. My car was "rear-ended" by one of their cliants. UAIC sent their adjuster out and UAIC sent me a check for $175 less than my lowest estimate on a $676 repair job.
