I purchased a 21 Inch Sansui Color TV from an authorized dealer mumbai .currently i am in pune . I ordered a scooter from this company online in December 2009. It cost $4, 000, and didn't arrive for weeks. When I finally called I was told Planet Mobility no longer sold this product and so I chose a new scooter. It arrived in February and worked well for a couple of months, but gradually became weaker and weaker, until it can no longer go a half-mile without recharging. Do not do business with this company. After the initial contact that they make with you it is very difficult to contact them. They take weeks to respond to emails and you can not talk to a live person when you call. It has been a 2 and a half month long process to get everything straightened out with them.
