I've been a loyal customer since 2006 and have never had a late payment and always paid my full amount each month. My last payment sent Friday, July 9, which is automated from my Bank Account, didn't get processed until Monday, July 12. On 6/7/10 I ordered a replacement thermostat for my Charbroil electric Patio Grill. I used it about 3 times and last night it just stopped. I called customer service and was told that when I ordered the thermostat I had to also order a replacement heating element or it would short the thermostat out--which it did. I ordered the acia berry supplement and the colon clense trial offers for $.99 each. within the one month trial period I called both phone numbers and cancelled the orders. A month later I received a charge to my account for shipments on each and received orders in the mail. I returned the shipments and expected a refund. Never got it. I resently took my 2001 Lexus 300ex to Danny's Family Carwash and had them change my transmission, coolant and oil, because their price was reasonable compared to a Lexus dealer. Shortly after, I noticed fluid leaking and returned to find out that both my transmission and oil is leaking and they said that they were not responsible. I had taken this housing loan from HDFC Limited in June 2007. The loan was floating rate loan at Banks PLR (14%) minus 3%. So, it was 11% at the time loan was taken.
