This was my first and last experience with Festiva Resorts. I am Disgusted and Frustrated by the unethical and unprofessional acts commited by this company. I received an email notice telling me that I would receive a renewal notice in the mail for Oprah Magazine. It simply said if I did not want to renew to write "decline" across it and return it. This is such a scam! I'm so mad at myself for falling for it. After calling them and getting set up for a "job" I called back about 10 minutes later. I said I didn't want their services and would like my order to be canceled. I was told they couldn't do that and I'd have to call customer service. I've been calling customer service for weeks now and only getting their voicemail and no call backs. I finally called my credit card company to file a dispute and I will be calling the authorities. I bought some clothes from Wet Seal and when I returned them they gave me store credit that was placed on a merchandise card. The next time I was there, I went to purchase some clothes using the card. The clothes I was buying cost less than the amount that was on the card. My doctor prescribes 9 Imitrex (the generic) every month. I work as a Firefighter/ Paramedic in the Arizona heat and they sometimes trigger migraines. We were specifiably told that they would thoroughly 'sweep' the ground with their stick mounted magnet to pick up all stray nails.
