I had puchage some retail items from reliance fresh but they entered wrong item of amount 99/- that I had not purchage. I have a 2Mb/s connection from HFCL Connect and the monthly charges were 1300 plus taxes. I have been trying to call the Connect call centre to complain about the speed of the connection as it has not been over 512 Kb/s. The people answering the calls kept telling me that my connection is upto 2Mb/s and that 40 kb/s as download is the maximum that I will be getting. Ron Irvin of Southpark Apts in Indiana is a slum lord. Him and his wife are rip off artist. I am POA for my god son who is the army. He signed a lease in advance of the next school year at ISU but told the Irvins that he was in army and he may have to leave. The deposit was $250.00 which 3 people paid who would live there. after Him being notified by ISU that he would not be able to go there. Today, I tried to place an order on the Payless website. I received a form message telling me my credit card information was not valid---strange, since I used it just prior on two other websites. I complained and received email from Katelin at Payless saying "At this time, Payless.com is only able to accept orders using a valid U.S. credit card with a U.S. billing address". This happened a few months back. I tried to return a pair of girl's pants. Pilar from customer service asked me if I altered the pants which I just bought the day before. I said no. It's a freaking $10 pant on a $300+ receipt. I'm returning it because I changed my mind. When I told her no I did not alter it in any way, she responded, "Well, it looks like it had been altered." When I talked to the manager about this Pilar, she said that it is their policy to inspect every return. Is it my fault that their supplier gives them a half-assed product? A salesperson from this company name Natasha (she won't reveal her last name) called-called my mother and sold her a very expensive mattress for $1197 (+delivery charge). My mother is a senior citizen living in a studio apartment, and she already has a bed and a couch in that apartment. There is absolutely no place to put another bed. My agent warned me that AIG (now Chartis...) had a terrible administrative department, but it really is appalling. When I've needed to add coverage, the amendment (and a new bill!) is sent almost immediately. When i reduce coverage, however, it's a struggle to get them to send an amendment, and then it takes them months to reflect the reduced premium in the billing. Greg Clark of Tradional Yachts gets boats from the factory and uses them for his own personal use and when he is done with them he sells them as "demos". He neglects proper maintenance and hides defects from prospective buyers. The factory is aware of this and allows him to do it. He put so many hours on my boat that I lost seven months of my engine guarantee. This was a shock to me. I now have large repair bills. Packing # 4825931-30 I have pictures of all damaged items and the way they were packed in the boxes. This corporate move pack out by this company was terrible. My wife and I found when we opened the boxes here in Georgia found items such as Tiffany like lamp shades packed on top of each other with no padding in between. All three broken, glasses and 5 Llardo broken porcelain statues packed the same way. The porcelain statues, glassware, and collectables cannot be repaired, only replaced.
