Mastercraft (MC) doors are made by MidWest Manufacturing (MW), a company owned by Menards, Inc. They do not tell you this in the sales process. We got auto insurance thru Mercury Insurance on July 26, 2010, for a total monthly premium of $217. On July 13, we were notified that there would be an increase of $50 monthly because our daughter did not fulfill the requirement as a full time student (she didn't have a full 12 units). The company runs huge ads in local newspapers and also some TV spots. Had a consultation with a Results Couselor and thought the program was accurately explained to me. I was given a food journal and a bag with various diet snacks and vitamins to take. I called to get Uverse and AT&T telephone service. The day of the installation (2 weeks later was the soonest they could do) the technician never calls, and "claims" to have knocked at my door within the 2 hour window. I had been there the whole time watching for him as I work from home and my office is near the front door! After multiple requests to return and perform the scope of work you eventually stop taking my calls never returning to the job, basically becoming unreachable.
