DVR USA and John the owner promise when they sell their overpriced DVR's that they will offer excellent customer service and support the reality however is quite different. They start the blame game right away and tell you that it is a Linux problem and they don't deal with that part of the problems only their lousy eagle eye software which is NEVER to blame. Ordered a set of front rotors/Brakes and a pair of brake shoes for the rear of a 2001 Toyota 4runner. Please warn all consumers not to do business with 1800Hotels. I booked a room with them at Planet Hollywood only to arrive and find that although I had been charged for the reservation, the reservation was no good. I had to rebook once I arrived at Planet Hollywood and was in essence charged twice. Not only that, but then 1800Hotels put an additional charge on my credit card for a "Foreign Transaction" fee.
