In August 2009, I contracted with Best Credit Repair Man to remove negative information from my Experian and Transunion credit reports. I paid the full service fee of $500. They were unable to remove the negative information, and on June 15, 2010, I contacted them via email and first class mail requesting a refund. I have not received a response. After you request a refund, they become very hard to get in touch with. I filed a complaint with the BBB. As of today, they have not responded to the BBB. About two years ago, I purchased a case for my Oakley sunglasses from a local Oakley dealer. This company is a hotbed of unprofessional behavior, offering in-home health caregivers that fall asleep on the job, smoke marijuana and drink alcohol before their shift, and sit around when they should be providing services. They treat their employees terribly, select unqualified employees to administer very important services, and cheat their caregivers out of money. They also offer an untactful staff that will talk to you sans any sort of social skills and kindness, which should be the staple of a supposedly compassionate company. Not informed of horrible no refund, no return policy. Sales associates do not verbally inform you of the policy even after assisting you in the store. Basically, if you buy a gift for someone and they do not find anything else in the store they like you cannot receive store credits, exchanges, or refunds. You have 14 days to attempt to obtain store credit but even within 14 days no refunds are given. No other high end clothing store has these practices that I'm aware of. I signed up for a 6 week class for my little girl, which I was not told upfront the classes that you miss, you cannot make up until you sign up for another session. I showed up to one wrong class where kids were smaller than my girl, we were asked to leave by the manager. We showed up one week later, where there was a bigger kid in the correct class that my little girl was attending, she was allowed to stay. This BABY Bather was purchased for my new Grandson to use when traveling. He is 3 months old. We found that it did not fit in the Kitchen sink as shown. So we put it in the bathtub. CVS on State St. Watch out for the food there...it's old...Bought a bag of cheese puffs/CVS brand...and they had weevils...which are little "potato bugs' that grow on food, that is old. They state that you are only charged $1.00 to use their service and if they are unable to provide that service for you they will refund your $1.00. They do not tell you that you are signing up for a 7 day free trial membership and if you do not cancel within that 7 days you will be charged $18.95 a month. I am very cautions and always read the find print, so I was quite surprised when I received a charge to my account for $18.95. I made the mistake of hiring Empire to install tile in my house. The installers did a significant amount of damage to my house. The installers knocked out chunks of wood from the door frames and baseboards. They actually tried to use caulk to hide the damage. Portions of baseboard were destroyed and puck back on the wall like a puzzle. The real treat is trying to get Empire to fix the issues.
