Be careful!!! There are agents calling former clients who lost money with Vacation Sales and Marketing saying that they are now with Blue Chip Marketing. Tom Newkirk called us after hearing nothing for a year and losing the money we paid to Vacation Sales and Marketing. We were told their office flooded and the company went bankrupt. Please be aware that Warranty America - has had a name change or was acquired - their new scam name is American Auto Shield. Stay away from this so called auto warranty company. They do not pay out or honor their contract as they state. They claim bumber to bumper coverage - but later state does not include rust - rubber parts - and bolts. what car either new or old does not have a little rust on the bottom, what car does not have rubber parts -- and bolts. This company is NOT a member of the Better Business Bureau, with good reason. I had my home owner's insurance through this company and was given nothing but grief for it. I've read many complaints about SRC Leads (a/k/a SRC List). Here's a "too good to be true" scam that SRC List tried to pull on me. Mobile Pet Groomers is the worst service ever. In less than 15 minutes the groomer completely butchered my cat. There are deep gouges in her skin and tufts of hair all over her body. It looks like he took a hatchet to her. I found out the groomer is the owner of the business. He didn't seem to care that I was upset with the job he did. He just kept saying give me the cat back and I'll fix it. I would never give that person another chance at my cat after seeing the deep gouges in her skin. BEWARE!!! I took this company to small claims court today (see my review below.) They have an ironclad contract that does not spell out what you were verbally told. It says they are required to give you 6 dates in 5 years that are "nearly" what you are looking for. In the second week of June I was hooked up to a 250 gal propane tank from Suburban Propane out of Longview, WA. Ever sinc ethe hook up of there tank my Water heat has not been heating the water as hot. Then I was having a proplem with the WH staying lit, I was always having to reset to get it to relit. I purchased a sofaset, two beds, two mattresses, a dining table - two beds were sent on the 2nd which was the date the deliveries were supposed to be made. No mattress was delivered and after multiple phone calls a makeshift mattress of a lower model was delivered that evening. ( I was informed after all payments were made that one mattress is out of stock). Since then - I am yet to receive the original mattress, the other mattress in the original order and the sofaset. The dining table arrived on the 11th and is yet to be assembled. After we booked and traveled and were dis satisfied with the service and the quality of the the service and lodging, we requested, several times for our money back. All of this was to be within one year of our original sign up date. All we were offered was a two week extension on our one year contract and we told Worldwide that this was not satisfactory. Blow Hot is an Indore based company, selling gas stoves. I bought a 4 burner stove from their counter in the Trade Show at Pragati Maidan, New Delhi. They came and installed it, but didn't give me the bill as they had to provide me with an extra attachment. The extra attachment never came, nor the bill, and within days, the knobs of the burners got detached, 2 of the burners stopped working. I have used this service for the past two summers and have been very disappointed. I'm looking for a new landscaping company now. Thompson Landscape does a very rushed, lazy job. They do not cut the grass evenly, often missing large areas of grass. They also leave the grass clippings in my air conditioning unit. I have called to complain twice and don't receive any apology. These folks prey on people that are having difficulty paying their mortgage, So what do thy do? They charge them an "UP Front Fee" of $595 to try to get it reduced with the H.A.M.P. This company is allowing Foriegn companies to list there devices on DOTMED. These companies are from China, Korea, Japa, Indonesia etc... These companies do not have any FDA certificates. The companies are not registered with the FDA. So these dangerous lasers are being sold to anyone who wants to buy them in the USA. DotMed refuses to remove them because they say anyone can sell on their site as long as they pay DOTMED for listing there medical devices. My daughter purchased a bike from Best bikes USA on Dec 11, 2008 as a birthday present for a friend, the bike turned out to be to small. She has been trying to contact your company since Dec 27th with numerous e-mails and phone calls by her and me, neither have been responded to until today; my daughter recieved a call while she was in school and asked the company to call her back, I asked her give me the caller ID number which turned out to be a phone connected to a fax machine.
