I purchased a two year old Honda from autolenders the salesperson was Ross. The car had more mechanical defects than you could imagine! I had to cancel the deal when I was told by the mechanic this car is really bad! Autolenders acted like this never happens, read reviews talk to former employees it happens ALOT! Chris from Recovery TTA asked us, a freight forwarding company, to ship 2 containers of goods on the promise that he will send us a cashiers check. I used a botttle of SMB 's fuel injector and carb cleaner. Within one hour my 2000 chevy blazer, with the 4.3 liter 6 cylinder, suffered catastrophic faliure of my injection system, $1500.00 damage. I purchased an external hard drive enclosure. It smoked my hard drive and they won't take it back unless I pay the return shipping. They want a 15% restocking fee too. My husband bought a 4 piece set of jewelry and the care plan. Have taken the jewelry for repair 4 times now. The customer service in the jewelry dept is appauling. I was on a tour from Oct 23 – Oct 28th 2010 and was one of 5 Americans on a bus of 60. Our tour guide spoke broken English, our bus driver spoke none.
