Got the corporate number where my family had photos done on 12/12/2010. Was on hold for customer service for over 20 minutes(12/13/2010) never got through. I saw these posts and I felt someone should speak for the accused. I have been a contractor for Assured Asset Preservation for almost three years (even when they were Sole Stones). They have treated me with complete respect the entire time. Sure i have been cut on invoices but, that is my fault for not following thier requirements. Site sells iPads at a discount. Company (Casey was his name) only accepts Walmart Money Cards as payment. They assure you that you need only provide an activation number and not the card or CVV number. This is to assure that the card has been purchased. Okay so first I go to Comfyco.com to attempt to purchase the Alvardo dining set, beautiful. They called me saying my son showed interest in their college software. This was a LIE!! Do not list your company on Manta.com!!! It is scam. Once you list your company they will sell your infomation to telemarketers. Manta.com is calling me almost every day and people who can't speak any english keep asking me to "confirm" my business name. I had an issue that accrued on Nov. 17, 2010 at Regency Beauty Institute in Independence Missouri Campus. I clocked in at 5:28 pm, I had a client for a haircut and hair color come in for appoint for 5:30pm. I started client at 5:45pm and finish client at 10:00pm. I have a revo 3.3 model 5309. It is only 4 months old and it spends more time in the shop getting repairs. It cost me $900.00 to buy and i have reciepts of $2500 dollars in parts not labour. I have an automatic payment scheduled for cablevision to take my bill out of my checking account every month on the due date. This month for some reason the automatic payment did not work and a rep from cablevision called and said to make one time payment. After it was put in a brown envelope, I didn't look at the documents again until I received a bill for $374 for a annual fee for a timeshare in Palm Springs, CA. Ixwebhosting.com should not falsely advertise unlimited hosting when there is a file limitation. It is very deceiving. Also ixwebhosting will suspend your account without notice if they think you bandwidth is high. But "high" is very subjective. They also will claim abuse of their TOS in order to try to get you to upgrade to more expensive plans, even when it is not necessary. Delta is aweful! For 2 months I tryed to get seats together for me and my 6 year old daughter and they still put her away from me on a 5 hour flight! I tryed to get seated with her at every airport on the way to my destination and on the way home for this one flight we were seperated and KNOW ONE would help us! Delta has now lost all our business. I was quoted $450 from the person who originally came to estimate or drainage problem. Yes he came as promised within an hour. Then a technician came couple hours latter and quoted $550 because of possible water trap. I submitted my broker fee invoice to Royce Lewis for payment. I have yet to receive the money and he will not return my phone calls or email messages. Royce has a terrible business reputation among the people that I do business with. Be careful with him, he will re-price your loans even if you have disclosed the deductions. I was accidentally charged $249 for the room subscription in early September 2010. I was told by David Fredericks, the business owner, in September he would refund my money since I did not order it. He did not refund. I was told in the first week of December he would refund my money. On December 10, 3 months after charging me, he still has not refunded my money.
