The company advertised hosting service with email addresses. The email addresses hosted with them get constantly blacklisted, obviously because a lot of spamming businesses use their services. I rarely use my Compass Bank VISA. In a pinch, I used it for a $13.53 charge. The bill arrived, and I paid it slightly past the 30 days due. They hit me with a $19 late fee. I called to ask that the late fee -- which is more than the charge -- be waived. They said I had to fax the request. I have tried contacting customer service and I actually spoke to some of the employees there but nobody has been able to process a refund for the extra charge. The whole building was dirty and dengie. The service was unprofessional and rude. The bathrooms where dirty and out dated carpets where a disgrace. I purchased fenders from them. Since he is in college he was unable to schedule installation of the fenders until later in the year at Christmas break. However when we arranged to have an installer handle the work this person said that the fenders were so shoddily constructed that he would not install them because they could come apart causing damage or worse. Unbelieveable -- the UPS tracking website showed my package out for delivery at 8:00 am 7/10/09. The delivery showed on time unti 1:19 pm when it showed an exception and that "recipient rescheduled delivery for 7/13/09". This Marina is located below the Southern side of the Tappan Zee bridge I only have a 6.5 gal tank. I pulled up to their pumps to top off before heading towards Manhattan. I ordered Patons Decor First Spring Varg yarn ($5.49) one skein. There was a $5.90 charge for shipping. What I received was First Spring Ombre. The Ombre is a different type of variegated yarn than the Varg. The yarn that is shown on their web site is called First Spring Varg, but they do not have the Varg in stock and only have the Ombre. I purchased a scooter from EVOsales, an internet based company. According to their policy all deliveries are 100% insured. When the scooter arrived it was damaged. I immediately called the scooter company and they told me to contact the insurance company. Charles McQueen came out and built a gate. He brought the cheapest and ugliest pieces of redwood he could pick out at Home Depot. He proceeded to put a gate together that was unevenly spaced. He mixed rough side with smooth side and left jagged splinter on the wood. He put one coat on it and thought he did the cooles job ever. I kept telling him his work was unprofessional. He kept giving me excuses. He tried to fix it and made it worse. You can see the nail marks and it is more uneven and the wood grain is still mismatched. CBM Damaged our SUV when we left it parked with them and took a 4 day cruise. They also left us standing for 2+ hours waiting for pickup after the cruise. No less than 3 of their shuttles refused to take us to their car because we were not on their pickup list. There were other people waiting too. A person identified to me as a sales manager told me that the vehicle had air conditioning. All I had to do was push the button. On the way home (70 miles away), I found that either the vehicle had no air conditioning, or it was broken.
