Bought tickets online - apparently for the wrong Six Flags. After arriving at the Vallejo location I had to buy correct tickets and also purchased their season pass. I ordered a pair of shoes from zoomkole.com October 9, 2009 and have yet to receive them. Here is a quote directly from their website "Once you pay the items successfully, please Do not worry, we will simultaneously receive your payment confirmation letter, we will automatically ship the order within 36 hours." We purchased 4" white oak select through www.flooringwarehousedirect.com. The lumber was milled by Taylor Lumber. The floor cupped and we hired a National Wood Flooring inspector whose analysis said the wood was over dried. Taylor's sales manager, who we understand is not a NWFA inspector. denied the claim. The inspector responded to Taylor citing NWFA guidelines. To date, neither Taylor or flooringwarehousedirect.com will uphold the warranty. Reliance cheats and earn. I am using a prepaid connection and since last year Reliance is deducting 30 rupees every month for various packs. Every month i found that some new pack get activated in my number automatically and money gets deducted. I usually keep calling Customer case and de-activating those packs and i seen after few days some new pack gets activated. There customer care people also works like pure "Sarkari". I just decided to kick-off Reliance and get some geniune service provider. Reliance cheated 300 to 400 rupees from me during 2009 and so i am about to put a consumer complain against that too. They are all HQ'd in Canada only distributed out of Iowa. It is a large facility that has many products going out. The building owners are in NY City. All the teeth whitening companies are all one company and the Better Business Bureau of Desmoines, IA were no help except they gave me the web address for the Better bus. Bureau for Canada. They have charged my account even after I cancelled my business with them. They are constantly changing their phone numbers and name. IOS Telecom apparently is a 3rd party setup that provides services for privately owned phones. My situation phone was in a hospital, mental health ward, phone allowed collect calls which I accepted from patient/family member. IOS confirmed the call was 10 min and the charge on the bill was for $34.96, for a distance of approx 80 miles. A second call charge was $54.96. When I called and inquired about the product and gave them the ages of my children 11, 13, and 14, I was told that they would benefit from the phonics and wordsmart programs. I love my iPhone, but when I need it the most, AT&T's coverage is NOT there. If I'm lost in 85% of Northern California, I know for sure that I cannot get help from AT&T, period. I am very disappointed to receive unwanted fax advertisements even after requesting for them to remove my number on their list. They just kept junk faxing me! MPMSOFT is breaking the TCPA Federal law passed in 1991 that prohibits sending advertising materials via facsimile machines without the receiver's permission.
