This guy took $400 from us and did NONE of the work. We were foolish enough to pay him upfront because he said he could turn the work around within 24 hours but needed us to pay first. His website seemed professional and he was very prompt during email correspondence so we went with it and it was a grievous mistake. We purchased an Intex 18' x 52" Ultra Metal Frame Pool in late May 2010 from Toys R Us. The timer feater on the filter pump that came with the pool (Intex Pump Model 635T) stopped working after 3 days. I contacted Intex and submitted my claim, and they sent out a replacement pump immediately. However, the timer feature didn't work on the replacement pump either! Without my consent, the attack website http://www.dirtyphonebook.com/ has posted my phone number and disparaging remarks about my looks. I think this is a privacy violation first and immoral second. I contacted them asking for them to remove my phone number and they didn't respond. I further contacted them again a few days later and they again didn't comply with my wishes. I think it's wrong to do that to somebody especially when I don't know who it is. I am strong enough to live with attacks on me, but I think a lot of people are getting harrassed a lot worse and I think parents need to be aware about this. Thank you. read full review »

Had a harasseing phone number traced for 1.00.They could'nt find the number so I cancelled the order.A month later they charged me 18.95 membership fee for something that I already had cancelled within the 7 day grace period.I had cancelled it the same day.And was still charged.When I contacted them through their live chat, they said I did'nt cancelle within the 7 days, and their attornys said it ok that they don't refund my18.95!They even gave me a second cancellation number 64769.So now I am cancelling my account so that they cannot legally steal anymore of my money. read full review »

NCS placed a collection on me and messed up my credit report. The most frustrating thing is that I am not the person they should collect on. The person who ownes them debt even has a different last name. After doing lots of research, I found out (from a police report on an auto accident) that the person not only has a different last name from me, but different address, vehicle, birth date. I purchased a jersey for my husband which was too large so I had to return it. I called and asked the best way to return the product. The woman I spoke to stated to place packing slip in the package with instructions on what I was wanting to do, which was return the item and get a refund. I returned the item and got delivery confirmation that it was received in their facility on May 26th, and I still have not received a refund on my account. Please avoid getting checks you can't cash, bounced checks, unpaid bills and a denial when you need your money for personal use. Etisalat is imposing Elife to the existing internet users even after service not accepted by the customer. I am Deepak Mohan an exisitng user of al shamil. On 20/06/2010 i have received a call from Etisalat 065679107 breifing the product Elife.I have clearly instructed the sales Agent (ahmed) to cancel my request, which he agreed on the same day. Next day (21/06/2010) the service got activated. I called 101 to complaint regarding the same, they are not accepting the complaint.I called back to sales agent (ahmed) he is unable to cancel. I subscribe to Silver service plan. As I continued to hear the rattling noise from the heating system for more than a week, I scheduled a service call. The technician came and just glanced at the heating system. The first words he spoke were "Alright, today we may have to charge you couple of hundred bucks!". Well, Verizon hits a new low. I bought The Fios "triple play". After struggling with equipment problems(both of the major components were defective and had to be replaced) I was billed incorrectly. I bought during the $ 69.99@ month special. When my bill came it was $50 more and when I called, I was told that I had not ordered during that period. I recently had toe surgery. As I healed I resumed by walking regime. I purchased the Reebok Easytone tennis shoes at Dillards in Overland Park, Kansas. The salesman assured me if they didn't work, I could return them. After walking in the shoes I could see imprints on the tops of my feet and my toe was badly bruised. I thought I needed to break them in, but things never got better. I attempted to return them on 2 occasions, but Dillards refused stating that I wore them. Duh! My husband and I got dooped into joining Direct Buy about 1 year ago. They kiss your butt during those orientations, offering you drinks and making you a bunch of promises. Once you shell out the joiners fee (which is absolutely ridiculous, in retrospect), all of the help and hospitality goes right out the window. Their trickle charger, a very important after market accessory commonly used on motorcycles, was shipped missing the wires that actually make it work. The wire half on the panel is there, but the wire half that attaches to the battery is not in the package. My little sister recently purchased 40 wedding invitations. When she picked up the invitations they appeared differently than the one she brought for them to copy off of. (Keep in mind no one made her aware of this, because, "It should be common sense.") So instead of offering to do them over, no refund involved, they told her they would do them over for half off. Beware: when signing up for their five day free trial, it is unclear that you will be charged $34.95 if you do not cancel in the five days. I was totally surprised to find a charge I did not recognize on my account and refund is not an option upon cancelling. I had to sign up for this service in order to use tvshack.net. Originally when we started service in 2003 the tank was filled from 0 to 80% capacity of a 120 gallon tank specifically a (420 vertical ASME” with 120 gallon capacity). After years of service with no problems until we called for service on November 6, 2009 the beginning of the cool season. This time the tank was only filled from 0 to 60% capacity. This company is the biggest fraud! I paid them money to have a website built and I have yet to have the site built because the designers and the people working on the site found that my ideas were too complex. So they just gave up. No more emails no calls or anything.
