I purchased a Samsumg SMH9207ST microwave 13 months ago for $350 from Lowe's. It was the model that Lowe's recommended. It now has decided to break, and apparently, they want $269 to repair it. The quality of the microwave is very poor and I do not recommend Samsumg to anyone. One of the main features of the unit was that it was supposed to be an excellent venthood - that was a lie. GOODFELLOW STRAND BAMBOO If anyone is think to install Bamboo flooring – please do NOT install: GOODFELLOW STRAND BAMBOO sold by Home Depot and Rona it literally is about as durable as a Bamboo skewer. I previously rented a house in the San Fernando Valley of Los Angeles and the owner refused to fix things and abide by the building code. I was electricuted twice and sustained injuries and 2 other people I know were electricuted as well. The person that owned the house owned 80 other properties in CA and the house has since been sold therefore the estate would have to be sued. The new owner is having to replace all the electrical and plumbing to bring it up to code otherwise the city said no one can live in the house. Had this contractor put in a stamped concrete patio. After concrete was poured they then sealed it, the owner sent one of his men to do some work on our patio, this worker drug a piece of equipment off of the edge and broke a big piece off of the stamped concrete. We contacted owner after it happened in early fall, he said he would fix it the following spring because he had to come back for our final seal at that time anyway. Spring came and went. After numerous unanswered calls I decided to file a complaint and make sure no other consumer would be ripped off by this company. There is a reason this company does more termite work than any company in Arizona. They only have 5 sales people but they are trained to never leave a house without money in hand. Tom Burmester was evicted from his tenancy 36 hours after moving in. He has horrible hygene (has taken approximately 4 showers in 4 weeks), smells, is dirty, and likes to urinate out windows. A/C stopped working on May 21 2011. They sent 5 different (so called techs) to work on it. They made a total of 6 trips to my house and never got it fixed. The last trip was June 23 2011.
