We signed a contract with Hector Cruz Fencing formally Armstrong Fencing on 09/09/09 and gave him a deposit of $700.00 Cash. We hired Hector 2 years ago and he installed a very large fencing system for us so we had no reason not to trust him. On the 9th he told us he needed a material deposit and we gave it to him. It has been 10 days and we are not able to reach him. He has not returned our phone calls or emails, etc. I found this website and we are shocked and completely disappointed. I started contacting Procraft Viriginia over three years ago to find out they went out of business and Procraft Maryland took over their contracts and sent me a plan to pay an adiditional $750 for them to make the repairs and maintain the warranty. I apid it over two years and no one has been out to assess the damage nor offered a refund of the $750 nor the original $16, 000. I've been calling and emailing to no avail. We are yet another casuality of Quality Wholesale Homes. We received an unsolicited email from them advertising a 121 Hour Stimulus Sale where they were offering free delivery and setup on their "wholesale" priced manufactured homes. After months of trying to find the perfect sofa that had a nice look, I decided to buy (2) of the Cindy Crawford Summer HYDRA sofas. Our first mistake was buying it from The Brick, and our second mistake was believing that they were made in the U.S. when the tags said made in China. In January 2009, we ordered a new 3-piece living room set - arm chair, loveseat, and coach - and paid in cash in full $1, 500. Furniture had to be delivered in a week on a particular date. Bought the Express Ready Set Go and the interior is chipping off after 2 uses. I tried to season it the way they said you should but it still didn't work. Also, the pans that you put inside don't fit snugly and they don't heat up very well and don't cook the food like they show you on TV. I had Alarm Force system and did 3 yr contract. I wanted to end the service early as i was moving so sent my system back early. Several months later Alarm Force states they never received everything. So I am being billed $291.36 and was sent to collections. I pay all my bills and have excellent credit. This is harrassment. I do not recommend Alarm Force at all. I received a water bill for the month of August in the amount of $293.93. The total amount of usage they say? 80, 540!!! I have a family of 6 and average 6-7000 gallons per month. We purchased a $500.00 Whirlpool GU1200 dishwasher in 2003. In little more thatn a year, just long enought to be out of warranty, the items in the top rack were not getting clean. I couldn't wait to receive my Dirt Devil Carpet Shampooer. I received it Friday and Sunday starting using it by cleaning my two hallways but didn't go any further as I wasn't happy with the results. My credit card company put a fraud alert on the charge and temporarily credited the $445.58 back to me. V349 deck tiles faded after 4 weeks of installation. Company has not stood behind their product. They have stated 1 year leadtime on direct replacement or offered us a less expensive unequal replacement. The handle on the door will not spring up and latch the door shut. I had a guy from Hammond Lumber co. help me out by dealing back and forth on the phone.
