I bought a 2001 Mazda Tribute on 03/09/2010 I thought I was getting a great car but now I guess there out of business and my car needs major repairs. We booked a 9-seater minibus for our holiday in the UK in December 2010. This was confirmed with reservation number TRZ412986 and we paid a deposit of GBP400. On 22 December 2010 we cancelled the minibus (Tony from LC Van Rental's suggestion) because they could only offer us a 7-seater van as the 9-seater were "snowed in at Manchester" and we wanted collection of the 9-seater in Wakefield.
Long story short, we cancelled the minibus on 22 December 2010 on the phone with Tony and followed it up with an e-mail on the same day. Since then, 22 December 2010 to today, 15 April 2011 we have not received our GBP400 back. read full review »

I hired a car from Green Motion at Manchester Airport in February 2011. When I picked the car up I was told that I had to leave a 750 pound security deposite, refundable on return of the car without damage. According to the web site this amount should have just been held against my credit card, not debited. I was purchased a car, Nissan Sunny, model Ex-Saloon 2008 at Alexandria - Egypt. On 40000 Km the car motor starts to shutdown while driving, when the problem was found, Nissan Service Centre at Alex advised that the problem is due to motor braid ( dhafira in arabic ) is defective & they recommend to be changed under guarantee base, the same was already ordered as per them.. Now since one month ago I am still waiting for the part to be delivered from factory at Egypt but no response. It is not safe to drive the car with such problem and need to speed up the repair action, please.

Sent an ECU to this so-called company after speaking to the "main guy" Alan. He told me he could definitely repair my ECU if there was a fault found on the unit so I sent it down. Well my truck was stolen, "5" miles In... when I called to file a claim, they looked for every trick in the book to keep me from filing a claim. Took in my 2010 LEXUS 330 RX three tiems because it would not start. Had battery replaced - no improvement. Was told car had 'normal power usage' while sitting for a few days. 'Newer cars, all these elctronics, blah, blah.' BS! Actually, I only took the car in once msyelf, next my boyfriend and then my friend's husband. Made no difference.
Finally went to another LEXUS dealer and they discovered bad motor on rear lift door. Replaced (under warranty) and now problem is solved.
