Fraud on a members account
Visa Fraud Dept contacted our member regarding charges on their debit card. The customer has not authorized theses charges that are on hold on the account for pre-authorization and they closed the card down. I would like to visit with someone regarding this matter. Thank you Faith Boltz

Fraudulent Charges
THREE consecutive unauthorized charges to our debit card. Based on this and many other complaints from people who otherwise don't even purchase XBox products, the following question arises . "MICROSOFT - ARE YOU GETTING A CLUE?" - three consecutive charges??? Can you guess 'FRAUD'?
