Hi, I would like to know whether I can claim my lost against my vehicle warranty agent, TWM?
 
I own a sport car and it has a gearbox problem on early April 2010 then I sent it to TWM as my car is still under warranty.
 
According to TWM, I can not claim the lost of use due to the warranty package doesnt come with the lost of use term, however, they offered me a replacement car to use while my car is down for repair. Since they started to troubleshoot my car on april, they did it very slowly and it took more than a month to troubleshoot its problem. They claimed that their partner, Khang Automotives are gearbox expert but yet they didnt show their professionalism during the troubleshooting process.
 
After they found the rootcause of the failure, they took too long to source for the replacement parts and in order to get a cheap parts, they took very long to hunt for it.  
 
Firstly, they ordered parts from Japan but Khang told me the part is not working on my car, then i waited for another month for the another part to reach singapore. The 2nd shipment after a month reached singapore but Khang told me that the part is not suitable for my car. Last week I went down and confront them, they told me I have to wait for another one month as they have ordered the CORRECT parts from japan again and ask me to rest assured with them.
 
It tooks them 4 months since last April to get my car done and now I have to wait for another month to get the parts, and I dun even know they order the correct part again...
 
I am very frustrated and would like to get advice from anyone of you! Thanks.
