fraud/wrong charged
I was charged 129.90 for subscription i didnt order. Just received the bill today which was purchased 1/19/11 online.

false signup for further services
I signed up for internet security services from Trend Micro 2 years ago. My intention was to sign up for a year. When I received my credit card bill I saw that I had been billed for 2 years. I let this go without complaining.

About a month ago I signed up with another internet security company who had better ratings.

I just received a bill from my credit card company listing another years service from Trend Micro - I did not order this, I did not authorize this and I certainly did not want it.

did not download product
I ordered product online, twice. Did not download it either time. Went to Best Buy here in my city and purchased product instead. Contact with this company has resulted in nothing.

I need the charges removed from my credit card..

I have registered the product purchased at Best Buy and can prove I purchased it.

Billed $44.95
I canceled my account with Trend Micro internet security. Well guess what? I just received a " Conformation" for renewal, order # 8799564400 for $44.95. I canceled their product because it didn't work well over a year ago. I now regret ever doing bussiness with them. I will now try to recover my money.

havent recieved the download
I ordered some internet security from yourselves on the 28/6/09. It was a 2 year plan and the order number was 8614527413. I have checked on my internet security and i has not been updated as it is stil to expire on the 13/08/09. How do i go about getting the software to update my security? The money has been taken out of my credit card and would rather if you could please raturn the money into my account. My email address is [email protected]

My Webroot Virus Scan noted several infected Trend files. When I sought assistance from Trend Tech Support, the technician kept repeating that I should contact Webroot since they discovered the situation which might be a "false identification" as if Trend could not possibly be responsible for the situation.
No Trend renewal will be occuring...
Fed Up with Internet Companies Like This January 30, 2009
BAD PRODUCT/BAD SUPPORT/BAD SERVICE
I purchased and installed Trend Micro Internet Security. My computer kept doing a "crash dump". I received messages that my Antivirus program was causing the problem. So I contacted Trend Micro. The Rep emailed me and had me send a couple of error logs. He then had me uninstall and reinstall the program. I had the same results. The Rep then told me he had to refer me to a Level 2 Specialist. By the time the Level 2 Specialist got in touch with me, my computer had crashed altogether. I had to return it to the manufacturer for repair. I told the Specialist that I did not intend to reinstall Trend Micro because it either crashed my computer or let a virus get by that crashed my computer. I requested a refund for the remaining seven months of service. It was denied. I requested to speak to a Supervisor three times. I was NEVER allowed to communicate with a Supervisor by email and NEVER allowed to speak to a HUMAN! I don't know about you, but I really hate companies like this. ALL THE SIGNS OF A COMPANY THAT KNOWS THEY HAVE A BAD PRODUCT!!
