POOR CUSTOMER SERVICE
I haven't received my Bridesmaid Dress but have had problems since the second I ordered it. I got fitted for the dress at a bridal shop and decided to order online since I found cheaper prices. When I placed my order I picked a size 8 since that was what I measured at. Little did I know, this company has different sizes (SMALLER) I don't understand how the same dress can have different sizes depending where you order from. The same dress should always fit the same. Anyways, I am trying to change it to a size bigger. I have been calling and e-mailing for 2 days now with ZERO response. No one answers calls or e-mails there. VERY VERY VERY VERY DISSATISFIED WITH THIS COMPANY AND THEIR CUSTOMER SERVICE!!! Do not order from them! I am feeling neglected and am worried if my dress will even come. I will update later if I EVER get a response from them. Doubtful though. BOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOO THIS COMPANY. SPEND THE EXTRA CASH SO YOU KNOW THAT YOU CAN GET HELP IF YOU NEED IT!!!

Counterfeit goods, false advertising
I had tried on a casablanca dress at a bridal store and moved away, so I went hunting on the internet for this dress (casablanca 1953). I found this bridal site and was amazed to see the dress there for 800 dollars less than the price in the bridal boutique. So I ordered the dress and another dress that I liked as well the Watters san miguel dress as I am having 3 ceremonies.
Both dresses arrived late, wrapped in duck tape in a small package. One of the dresses as a dirt spot on it. The dresses are nothing at all like the dress in the store (which I did eventually purchase). The sewing is good. HOWEVER, The material is cheap, polyesther-like (not real lace). The beading is not at all like the original dress and there is about 10 percent of beading where the beading designs should be. The watters dress looks absolutely nothing at all like the actual photo. These are in authentic dresses being advertised as the real deal on the internet.
I have requested my money back. They have agreed to refund me 40% but have not yet, and 50% if I send them back the dresses. The woman associated with the store (Sara) told me they were based out of Washington, US - and when the package from China arrived in duck tape- I knew the dresses were not authentic and obviously not from the USA. I asked if they would refund me the entire cost given that I could not find anywhere on their site that said these would be counterfeit dresses if I returned both dresses to them and they refused these conditions. I am so upset that I actually believed these were the real deal. Finally, I'm hoping they will refund the 40% and I plan to donate the dresses to good will for a tax refund - it's all I can do. THE DRESSES ARE COUNTERFEIT AND NOTHING LIKE THE PHOTOS.
Topbridaldresses.com is a horrible site and is falsely advertising real designer dresses. Paypal is horrible for allowing this company to use them for their transactions.
Do not order your dresses from topbridaldresses.com you will be thoroughly dissapointed.

STAY AWAY FROM TOPBRIDALDRESSES.COM!!
DO NOT order from topbridaldresses.com! They false advertise their products! They make knockoff dresses claiming that they are the real designer dresses and when you get the dress, it doesn't even look like it 's supposed to. This place is a scam! When I received my dress, it was about 2 sizes too small and it didn't hang like the REAL dress should. It wasn't even the same dress. There are no tags on the dress, no invoice or receipt that came when it was delivered. It was just wadded up in a bag taped shut. I've tried to call them and it goes to voicemail and they won't return my calls. I've e-mailed them and they still won't respond. They make mistakes and then refuse to give you a refund. They just refuse to communicate with you when you want to return anything. I've contacted the BBB and I've contacted the actual designer to let them know that topbridaldresses.com are stealing their designs, making $$ by claiming that the dresses are designer dresses. Hopefully the designers will sue the shit out of them and shut them down! Do not let these people make a fool of you and ruin your wedding! GOOD LUCK TOPBRIDALDRESSES.COM! YOU SUCK!!
