To whom it may concern

I live in Jeddah and get my water from The Three Rivers Factory(Al-Mahal)company.It's been a week now and we did not have delivery.Now that it is summer here and water is an important commodity.I tried several times to call the company but didn't get through.Only got a voice recording and it cuts off.Eventually today i managed to get through and spoke to a gentleman.I explained my problem and he asked for my name and number as he wanted to check the computer.He told me that the driver recorded that he dropped off 2 water bottles.I told him that this was not so and he could come and check that the neighbour down stairs did not get delivery as well.He said that he was going to check and call me back.Never heard from him since.Being a South African, we are huge supporters of Nestle products, from childhood.The service in South Africa is impeccable.Unfortunately here in Jeddah it sucks.
I just wanted to bring this to your attention as i think that this company does not live up to the Nestle policy as water is an important commodity here in Jeddah because of the heat.Apart from the delivery, the past weeks i have noticed that the water had a strong chlorine taste as well.
Could you perhaps check this out and please tell them to deliver my water as i am tired going up and down to the shops to buy water.
