Beware of this bike shop!
recently had just do a wire transfer on 2/07/10 for my installment and called to them about fund been transferred. Receptionist (probably a newbie) had confirm received the fund.
on 13/07/10 my bike was been towing away and when i try to reach them, they told me that i had not paid my installment and so bike was been tow. Later did they found out that i actually had paid my installment(obviously had proof in bank statement) and they come out a lame excuse that i did not call them and confirm the wire transfer. Its was our hard earning money who would transfer a fund to some company and wont make a call to recheck whether they have receive it or not and just expect them to know who give them the money?

Later they make me pay $200 towing fee for their mistake (WTH?) and of course i refuse to pay and told them that i had proof showing i had called them that day for reconfirmation of the fund but none of them refuse to bother to see it and this guy(believe to be one of the share holder) came out and told me that dont talk bullshit and just pay the money. I had bought bike from them for more than 7 year and this is the customer service they provide me. knowing that i will be in a losing end if i stay around longer i had no choice but to neg the towing fee to $100 and they agreed to let me take back my bike. (BTW i believe that towing fee for bike in singapore is only charge at 70-90 dollar so they had already overcharge me for tow)

Last time buying bike from them. 2 thumb down for their service and pushing blame on customer when they in the wrong.
