My product did not deliver to me
I bought a cosmetic product from strawberrrynet.But they did not deliver to me. Their warning message(We are temporarily not accepting orders shipped to Turkey) on website inserted in a few days after my shopping. I want to take my money back. Authorized staff of strawberrynet say that when they take their product from post service, they will give my money back. I have not taken my money back for two months.

impaired product
Dear Madam/Sir,
The reason I am writing this complaint letter is that;
The cream 'Kinerase clearskin treatment serum', that i bought from your business, has come on 02/february/2010.
Delivery Note No : 1010731435
Firstly, It has come on 11/Jan./2010, delayed!
Secondly, i'm so consternated. Beacuse this product has impaired!
It smells horrible, sour, acrid . It was spilled over. I attached photos in this mail.
As a result, i want to give your product and wish you return my money back.
and if the delaying reason is transporter-cargo company, please forward my complaint message to this company.
I hope can show the necessary importance to your web site.
We bought another products, but we have never disappointed like this.
