Hello,

My name is Bucsa Adina I live in Agios Nikolaos, Crete, Greece. I took a phone Sony Ericsson X1 from Wind dealer (Agios Nikolaos) on 21.07.2009. Since then I had a lot of problems. At the beagining was the battery they said, was not opening; when they bring it back was a small hole near the battery end they said that when they opening in the service a pice jumped.(20 days they hold the phone) Nice ? I didn’t took it I said to fix it and I let it.. for almost 30 days and the problem was not solved .. they said they can’t do anything..the only thing that they did was to change the windows from English to Greek ..i didn’t ask that..and when I said I wanted in English back they don’t know if is possible .. so I send it again ..another 30 days ..and they didn’t do anything…after the windows is blocking all the time..
How is possible this services? And they said that is the Sony Ericsson mistake.
I wrote you this to know what is happening.. not only to me also to some other clients that like me paid a lot for phone and there not pleased.
