Sent the wrong version of machines but they dont want responsible at all

We bought 10 machines of cup sealing machine 7.5mm from Shanghai Yute packing equipment manufacturing co, guang zhou branch but they didnt send us the right version which they sent us 9.5mm . We called to claim for replament but they dont want to replace and even responsible at all.
They returned us with rude and bad words.
Its cost us Usd 530 and freight charges Usd 300 .
Could anyone can help me ?
