I came to the UAE on my own on a viste visa, then seek for employment with serveU. I was then sent to work with Alyer Logistic where there have been having problems of stollen goods. After about a month, i discovered how goods kept getting out of the warehouse without permission. One of the old security on site was cooporating with the manager and a supervisor to take goods out.This is a perfume department(very expensive and luxirious products).
The director of Alayer Mr. Guy came to my office and was enquiring about goods getting missing, but since i did'nt have any prove i could'nt say anything. Luckiy, one day, the i caught the suspected gard(Indian) giving perfume to a driver from my parent company. i confronted him and told him he would have to explain it to the company. He left my office and immediately made a phone call not knowing that i had turn the cctv camara at him.when the supervisor also involved came out they were all caught in the seen.When i informed the manager he tried to cover it up and bullied me, saying we as security guards have to cooporate and be there for each other. My own i wrote it down on my daily report and when he found out he was very angry with me as his director had also seen it. He then ask my company to take me off.When i spoke with my supervisor, he told me that Mr.Havard (the Indian manager) brought the contract from Alter to servU LLC, as such they are bound to respect his desire if they want to keep the contract. Also that our company ServU had just lost a very big contract with DU network Company and they cant afford to loss anther. They told me they will look for another place for me. They then collected the report book from the office. i was left at the accommodation with nothing doing. when i ask them about it, they called me to the office and present me with a warning letter to sign. Then told me i am to leave the company. I told them i will take them to Labour and to the other company for steeling. They say they will not give me a band and i should look for another job and they will compensate me.
I finally got a job as a Business Development manager in another company (X-Mind LLC) and when i came for NOC, they told me to go and wait they will call me. I waited but not calls, so i whent to them again, this time i was told that they have decided to give me a band. when i ask why they say they have reported me as an absconder and i have got two days to accept the band and live the country or else my visa would get expired. I am being bullied psychologically and need help.
