I have recieved some Resveratrol Extract which I never ordered. Also you have taken, 2 lots of over £75 = £150 plus, without my permision. What on earth is going on?????

Sent for free sample for shipping and handling charges niow they are billing for a normal price as if I was receiving a monthly shipping.

Illegal/Fraudulent Charging of Credit Card
A month ago, I ordered Resveratrol Extract capsules from Viv3, as they happened to be running a special Free Trial Offer through one of the advertising boards on hotmail.
The Trial Offer consisted of a supply of 30 capsules at a total cost of USD $5.93 for postage & packaging. The product arrived with a very basic invoice confirming that I had been charged.

I was checking my bank balances online and noticed a charge to my credit card on the 2nd of August for USD $118.63 by Natureberry, I had no idea what this was for so I contacted by credit card company. They informed me that the company VIV3 have passed my details on to their partners and that I will see more charges like this over the next xouple of months.

I contacted VIV3 Customer Services department and they informed me to forward my request via email. They implied that as I accepted a Free Trial offer, I had also agreed to an automatic supply of the product. Apparently, this was in the small print of the offer! I can confirm that I do not recall seeing ANY information about this automatic subscription. If this was indeed printed somewhere on the Viv3 Labs Trial Offer, it was made virtually invisible to the customer.
The Customer Services representative I spoke to advised me to return the unwanted product, but as I have not received any further deliveries I am unable to do so.

When I questioned the refund process, she said that she would have to submit a form to their Refunds Department and that I would be contacted about this refund by email. It is now 10 days since I spoke to her and have received no such email and no refund.

Having seen so many similar complaints on various websites, I am guessing that Viv3Labs have made a huge amount of money by fooling thousands of customers this way and I am now querying the legality of such practises. At this point, I do not know whether I will ever receive a refund. I cannot believe that any company can charge a credit card automatically, without making it very clear to customers before hand that they have agreed to these automatic charges.
And more importantly, how can I ensure that my credit card is not charged again for further unwanted automatic orders?

I have contacted my Bank and Visa and informed them of the fraudulent activity. I have also been in contact today with the Gardai and filed a formal complaint with the Fraud Squad. If I do not receive a reply from them within 24 hours then I will also be contacting the U.K & US Authorities.
