merchandise not ordered & a return
I to have purchased items from them & then twice they sent me items I did not order. I called the first time & they said if I sent it back I would have to pay the shipping so instead of paying the shipping I kept the order. The second time I argued with the customer service rep & told her I have ordered many a times from them & if I said I did not order this why should I pay shipping to send this item back & I also told her I went thru this before. After going back & forth she told me keep the item & there would be no bill & I made sure I checked my account & it was a $0 balance & it was. Now I ordered an item 5 days after I ordered it I wanted to cancel & was told by e-mail item was already being shipped. It should have been cancelled so I had to pay shipping, which on their website says you will be reimbursed. I called them & the cust service rep says no we dont credit that back I am tempted to really complain about this company. I cannot imagine how much money they make on just mailing items out people dont order.

Scams for gullible old folks
My Mom, Stella Mattheus, who has resided at 1312 South Lee, Lodi, CA for the past several decades is now 87 and I recently moved her into a nursing home close to me in AZ. As her daughter I've been paying her bills. The most frequent mail she's getting is from various Publisher's Clearing House scams...bills for products of things that my mother, a diabetic, who has vision problems, has no use for...a woman who a few years ago would have recognized what's going on here. The bills they send and brochures for special purchases have no customer service number...only a number to "pay by credit card". My mom has been getting more confused for the past few years and I'm more than upset that companies prey on these lonely, gullible old folks who can be led down some lane that's not good for them by some friendly marketeer. They will receive nothing more from my mom who has subsided on a meager $14, 000 annual income for years. I've discovered that she's been signed up for three years of magazines that she claims she didn't order (although they have her credit card number), that she has boxes of "gifts" from publisher's clearing house for things she has no use for...my sister in law said she just opened a box containing a beautifully wrapped calendar/planner for 2008 that probably was sent last year. They can ruin her credit if they choose to...she won't be using it anyway...but there's no way they'll get another cent from my mom so long as I'm paying her bills.
Sincerely,
Margaret Wilson

I entered your contest and then you showed I had placed an order which I did not. I don't know from the abbreviation what the item is. I do not want it.

PCH CLAIMS THAT I PLACED ORDER WHEN SUBMITTING DAILY ENTRY PRIZEWINNER CONFIRMATION
I LOGGED ONTO THE DAILY PCH ENTRY PRIZEWINNERS COMPETITION. I CONFIRMED MY ENTRY, AS I HAVE DONE MANY TIMES.

I THEN RECEIVED A CONFIRMATION THAT I HAD PLACED AN ORDER WITH THEM FOR AN ELECTRICAL ITEM.

I WROTE TO PCH AND STATED THAT I DID NOT PLACE AN ORDER WITH THEM.

I WAS REFERRED TO THIS WEBSITE BY PCH AND HAVE AGAIN E-MAILED PCH TO REITERATE THE FACT THAT I DID NOT AGREE TO PLACE AN ORDER FOR ANY ITEM.

Non acknowledgment of cancellation!
I have canceled this "subscription" that I never authorized to begin with 3 times, and now they are handing me over to a collection agency with out even trying to return my emails. I have received no phone calls from them either...

Poor service!
