Very poor communication. On hold for ages. Kit was dispatched then when i rang to find out delivery there was a problem at warehouse. They never told me. Have now canceled order. Chasing up my refund and they seem to have lost the ability to answer the phone. Bring on small claims court and baliffs. I will go out of my way now to cause these guys aggro.
