unauthorised money withdrawal

bou ght the product on line on a free trial. paid the 2.49 for each bottle of pills which was stated as the post and packing. 2 weeks later i noticed 2 payments had been taken out of my account totally 100.00 e-mailed the company explaining the fact of it was a free trial and they had taken the money without my consent. my partner was on the same free trial and he also had the same amount of money taken from his account. phoned the free phone number to be told by an american lady that they were perfectly entitled to withdraw the money and no=one could touch them. where do we go from here?

failing

i bought one course of tablets as they were on an offer of paying for the p & p only, which was £4.95 but then recieved more pills and got charged a further £37.50 so they took another payment from my card without permission so as i didnt want anymore pills i emailed them as a reply from 1 they sent me, as there was no contact info on the website and they said i was in a complaints queue and i would have to wait OMG !!! so i phoned my bank and they managed to put me on to them and thats wen i spoke to a very rude american man, he spoke to me like a piece of crap, didnt even listen to what i had to say about my complaint, he basically said its my fault and thats that. so they are an awful company employing someone like that and HE SHOULD BE SACKED!!! the pills dont even work i had constant constipation and bloating and lost no weight and i did it for 2 months.
