This is not a complaint, however was looking for helps from others.

On the 30th April 2011, there were 2 Malay guy with casual wear walked into my parents restaurant & intend to caught my younger brother. They only verbally told us that they are police office yet refuse to show any I.D & any warrant, & trying to bring my younger out of the restaurant. My father & few regular were start defending & my father was pushed by one of the "So call" police officer & faint for few minutes. After they saw my father fell down & then show their I.D & scolded all, show their guys & brought my younger brother out of restaurant.

My younger sister saw they taking younger brother to a blue colour Police Van, however can't really see the vehicle number. After that my father was awake, & they make a call to police station. Yet they have been told to wait up to 24 hours if wanted t report missing or kidnapping case. After trying to called up friend & other to assist looking for the "so call" police van, & suddenly my sister received a call & has been told to meet up somewhere near the house. The 2 policeman start to request money from my sister, & warned her that my younger brother will be charged my having drug if don't give them the money. End up they took the last "left over" RM20.00 from my sister. After that they told my sister that they will only release my brother if they found some one as a replacement!!!

After few hours later & we receive a call from police station & informed that my younger brother will be charged & jailed for few days. They release him on the 4th May & claim that he is taking drug & selling drug. Awaiting to attend court after 2 weeks as well as my father as attacking police official & offending the operation of Rayal Polis Malaysia.

Appreciate some one that really assist on this as I'm really don't know what to do next after these things happened. As the similar case happened to my friend few months back. A group to policemen broke their main door during around 2am time, chased all the family member from the sleeping room & after 10 minutes one of the police officer told my friend father that he selling drug & wanted to bring him back to police station! OR PROVIDE RM10k as nothing happened?!!! After they left with RM10k. It happen again after 3 months & they realized that all the valuable stuff are gone together
after the so call inspection!!!??? & yet they requested for RM30k for this time. They can't make sure if they make a police report as all of them are with police uniform & the police vehicle. End up they let them bring my friend to police station & claim him selling drug & taking drug!? These are all about Malaysia Boleh, with attitude Yayasan 2020 so that the governor became rich by ripping it from citizen.

Malaysian, please to bring this up when you have a chance for election. Not only what happened to my younger or my friend in Rawang, Malaysia. But it's how to really brighten up the transparency of gov.my!!!

I'm a self-employed Malaysian in Singapore, was a project manager in the top 3 company in my industry. I will strongly do not recommend any foreigner to invest or migrant to Malaysia as I'm telling off as a Malaysian! We can't make sure we are safe even we make a report to head quarter of police station & even the prime minister. Or by pressured that we can employ someone to treat their family member as how they treated us a Chinese. They can kick, punch & scolded you any time as they are Malay as well as policeman. Please be aware, citizen are the real pay master for all the gov sector. Should pay us a respect instead of threatening, corruptions, illegally breaking into other privacy & rapping.
