Unwarrented charges/deliveries
I have been charged for unauthorized items on my credit cards. I have since returned/not accepted the last shipment, but am told by customer service that I won't get reimbursed for it. A have attached a letter that I have submitted to my local Better Business Bureau and the consumer board in the UK. I have also attached a list of the many names that this company uses.
I would appreciate your help in this matter.

Unauthorized charges
Luring customers by offering 'free samples', this Company will charge the full amount against an unsuspecting persons credit card, if the samples are not being returned within two weeks. They are stipulating this in very fine print under their General Terms and Conditions, knowing full well that people will not read these terms in case of a free sample offer.
What irks me even more is the fact, that my Credit Card provider, CIBC, seems to be fully aware of this scam, yet they are still processing these charges. Despite having alerted CIBC and having changed my credit card number, they still processed additional charges even though I did not receive additional shipments of this product.

unapproved withdrawal from my bankcard
Bought online sample trial pack of Natureberry Acai advertised as FREE credit card payment of $7.46(includes postage} since then two {2} amounts have been withdrawn from my credit card without approval nor have I received any goods.Rhis was advertised through a reputable Australian HomePage The Sydney Morning Herald .com.au
What hope does internet purchasing have if this continues...I for one will not be a shopper again online.

Credit Card Fraud
I had £119 dollars deducted from my credit card by these people for a free sample of Acai Berries. The card number has been passed on to 2 other so called businesses who have deducted similar amounts and I have had to cancel my credit card. The phone number on the credit card statement does not work!!! There will be no protection from Visa. Get insured against credit card theft!!

fraud
i was scammed by these people in exactly the same way for two payments of 77.19
i have reporeted it to my bank and the fraud investigation is under way.
i two was told to wait 72 hours for a e-mail for a credit but dont hold a lot of hope .
the companys involved are natureberry and feelwell and then one to ctt in singapore.

Unauthorised deduction of money
Like many of you I have also been scammed by Natureberry. I had 2 lots of £73.85 deducted last month, rang them to complain, and cancelled the so called account. Today I discovered that in their small print, they advise they will be passing the information onto other companies, who are in fact linked to them. As a result I have had the amounts of £76.58 and £77.08 deducted in the last few days.
I spoke to my bank, who were very helpful, and cancelled my credit card (they will send me a new one), and also gave me a telephone number to call which is for one of their 'sister' companies called healthfocus. I rang and cancelled with them, and also informed them to cancel any other company/account associated with natureberry. The guy promised this would happen and that as i had not received any goods, would also seek a refund of the amounts dedcuted. He also said I would receive an email within 72 hours to confirm this. So fingers crossed. Anyway the number to call is 0031 20794 7958. Good luck everyone.

money out of account
took money out of my account without authorisation of 76.80 on 2nd october never ordered any thing the only thing i ordered from them was on august 17 cyo5.95 xr1.6027 cd 9721 for a free sample and they charge me 5 93 for postage so i would like my 76, 80 pence back please

withdrawal of unauthorised funds
I have had two lots of £78.00 just this last Friday(25th Sept), and again they tried to withdraw 2 more payments yesterday via SINGAPORE!. I have had to cancel my debit card so they do not take any more payments. Its shocking what they have done and I cannot afford to loose this money. My bank has been sympathetic and are dealing with the refund for me. I used my debit card to buy the trial tablets which was ahuge mistake on my part and saw no small print regarding any other payments, neither have I received any correspondance or the complete trial offer as originally ordered.
I'm amazed at how many people world wide have been duped by this fruadulant company. Good luck everyone getting a refund

unaurthorised payment
I two was taken in with the free samples i paid #5.93 for post & packing. then found out that a unaurthorised payment was taken from my account for #78.08.. i went to my bank told them what happend & was told its FRAUD as it was taken with out my say so. i have canelled my card & am happy to say that the bank put the money back into my account & is looking into the company behind this.. i WISH THEM WELL IN FINDING THEM as i had no luck in finding them.. hope this helps anyone else who has been ripped off...
