I strongly recommend that you buy from a more reputable company and to avoid LiverpoolPC.com

I placed an on-line order with LiverpoolPC.com on the 06/02/2011 for a Sumvision Cyclone MKV V2 NAS Enclosure at a cost of £64.99 plus £5.49 for delivery. On the 08/02/2011 the amount of £70.48 was withdraw from my account which shows up as being credited to LiverpoolPC.com. As to date I have not received anything from them and have tried to contact them which has been unsuccessful. The Telephone number as advertised on the website is a waste of time as it seems to be ignored. The emails are all returned as undeliverable. I am very disappointed and angry, all i want is my money back as I can not afford the loss. I strongly recommend that you buy from a more reputable company and to avoid LiverpoolPC.com.

Three weeks on I still have not received my order

I ordered online from Liverpoolpc.com on the 18/1/11.Three weeks on I still have not received my order. I have contacted Liverpoolpc.com a number of times by telephone and had excuse after excuse about my order. They have promised to get back to me twice but never have. Now my email and telephone calls are being ignored, I just want my money back and never have to deal with this company again.
