hm logon koo load shedding ki bht problem hoo rai hai or abhi joo tymings ki problem hui hai us se or bhi ziada problem hoorhi hai plz ap 1hourkrdein bht ziada tym load shedding hoo rahi hai jix se na koi kam hoo skta hai na kch hmari lyf ki sb se bari problem is wqt load shedding hoo gai hai plz ap se request hai k ap kch karein and we hope k ap zaror hamari problem solve krney ki koshish karengey.

Wrong billing
Arrears Billing

Sub: Complain regarding arrears billing.

Dear Sir,

With due respect I beg to state that I am raising complain on my bill. I paid Rs.2500/= on 22 October 2010 but due date was 19 October 2010 but I submitted it on 22 October 2010. On the running month November KESC charging me arrears billing of 8, 200/= I went to KESC office located at S.F AZEEM PURA SD-II 79-A BIG PLOT SHAH FAISAL COLONY NO.4. But there response was very awkward and not responding me well on the above said issue and they were saying once the bill is printed we do not have authority to correct. You can just pay your bill on instalments and they insist on me to submit complete bill which was 8, 200/= I am not that much capable to pay the huge amount of Rs.8, 200/= which I had this month. Sir I am facing this problem for the last couple of months I paid R.S.11, 000/= bill in the month of June 2010 because of meter reader noted wrong reading. Neither Sir my Average bill has been correct nor the billing amount. Please take this matter into account. Please consider my complain and response me as soon as possible.

Subject : KUNDA TYPE supply connection installed by KESC in house (11/2/1) 32nd street, Phase V-Ext DHA account # 0708303110022

I have been running from Pillar to post trying to get a proper, underground connection to our house (11/2/1) 32nd street, Phase V-Ext DHA . Time and again it has been brought to KESC’s attention that due to some fault in your underground supply lines, the connection to our was given a temporary/KUNDA type of connection some four years ago. This does not only look bad but is a serious hazard to passerby and residents and we reserve the right to seek legal course in case of any mishap. We have complained many times that this should be fixed and a meter should be ionstalled outside our house to no avail. .
It is requested once again to install a proper power supply and install a proper meter outside like it is on other houses of the street.

Average Billing
My Consumer No. is AL257801
We are facing the same problem since Jan-09 (with KESC-Garden BOC-Manager-Ahsan and Management Support Officer Mr.Zafar Iqbal.)

I submitted complains regarding average billing several times with lots of photocopies of paid bill and approached from Top (Qazi Tameezuddin) to Bottom (inspector/supervisors) level. But no one is ready to solve my problem and refer to each other every month.

Now today on 03-Sep-2009 they simply reply (threaten) to pay all that arrears which was based on average. Otherwise they will billed heavy amount calculated based on three years back reading.

Actually they have concern why we are using low electricity since 2006-07. I explained and gave all the necessary related documents to prove myself for low consumption after 2007.

I explained them why the consumption was degraded as follow:
1) We have shifted one meter load to another available meter to us to fall in lower slab rate.

2) We have changed all local motors which was repaired and winded serveral times with imported Australian (DAVY) motor pumps.

3) We changed all leaked underground pipe lines which was causing of High consumption of motors to run extra time due to leaked pipelines.

4) We decreased motor running timings from 12-14 hours to 6-8 hours per day.


But they refused crucially and reject all my evidence. Today, I'm very disappoint when the KESC Management Support Officer - Mr. Zafar Iqbal (with advice of Manger BOC-Garden Mr. Ahsan) told me that there is now way to adjust your averaged arrear bill you simply deposit it otherwise I'll take serious action which cause you big burden.

Now they give me a BIG BIG favour that they changed this amount into 4 installments.

Conclusion:
1) As a citizen of Pakistan where KESC like beast are exist you have NO right to complain.

2) If you dare to complain they will teach you non-forgettable lesson that will remember to your next generation and you will advice your children not to go to KESC.

3) But... How, one can leave without any protest. That will cause a man to seek for compensation for their money which they gave without any use. Now they seek for KUNDA System and other source of illegal act (doo number kay kam).
Nowadays, KESC slogan is “Save Electricity”. But after consequences of my experience I’ll never try to save electricity.
I REQUEST HIGHER AUTHORITIES, KINDLY DONT PUT EXTRA BURDEN TO THOSE WHO WANT TO COOPERATE WITH GOVT./KESC/ATHORITIES.
PLS CHARGED THOSE THEFTS WHO OPENLY LOOTING RESOURCE OF KESC.

Sub : inform why delay is caused for what reasons?

Dear Sir

I lodge a complain for facing un-correct billing on account of new meter installed and more interesting to share that as promised by the concern Mohtasib MR. MOHD MEHBOOB ALAM, Adviser IN front of Legal Dept staff of KESC to replace the faulty meter which is the root causes but yet no person visit our home.

Please refer to my complain lodge and more than 30 days passed no called received from the Mohtasib office to solve my problem which means they are also too lazy to process any consumer complain case and give him or her relief.

What action taken by Governor of Sind after receiving my complain online complain to Governor of Sind PRB-5569-09 Dtd 21.04.09 keep silence or any interest to protect the consumers.

In the month of April – 09 received bill for 237 units for Rs. 1, 170 plus arrears of Rs. 769 which was adjusted as asked by the KESC Legal Dept authorized person. Now we received the May 08 bill for unit 259 Rs. 1293 ( Total bill outstanding ) Rs.3300

If you refer or study the billing we face in old meter than you understand our billing never reach to such high standard and we never approach to the concern Mohtasib or KESC. Since the meter changed when we observe that receiving bills above the actual consumption than we start to lodge complain but still our problem stands where its begins.

Our request to allow us rebate for Rs.5000 for paying those abnormal or above the actual bills and remove the arrears amounts and please process our case not in a lazy way but hurry you and show show interest and pain to slowing the consumers complain and realized their problems too. How long I have to wait and request you all concern ( how many times)

This is the standard in our country for getting justice more than 30 days passed but not movement of in my complain which I think you people can work immediate basis after receiving complain maximum with in 10 days to save time and early action required.

I once again give you message that I am jobless more than 8 months facing great difficulties and also a kidney transplantation done on 14.12.2004, WHY you treat me as a step mother FOR using honest way connections? When my punishment session will over from the root level and do the needful without wasting further precious time otherwise you all are responsible to God at judgment day for wasting time and face punishment too.

Proof that you all are Muslims and God fearing and sincere to solve my problems for facing and paying those bills amount above our consumptions.
