My nightmare experience with Leisure Cor is identical to that of Rina Boshoff. I purchased 20 Holiday Club points from Leisure Cor on 10 September 2010 at R 21’830-00 without any status feedback from them. After follow ups from my side, I was informed by Brigitta that all was under control. On 14 March I got a mail from Nicky McCulloch informing that the money for my transfer was never paid over from Leisure Cor and the sale would be cancelled. I called Brigitta and was told that they are in process of transferring the money. The following day I got the same disturbing message from her...
“Our contract to buy and sell Holiday Club points has unceremoniously been cancelled, after 8 years of buying and selling of approximately 50 000 Holiday Club Points.
However, Leisure Cor is now embarking on a process of a without prejudice distribution, to refund all monies due.
The distribution will be between 5% - 10% per month of monies due. Interest will be calculated at the end of the
distribution term and paid.
We apologise for the inconvenience and kindly request you to favour us your banking details to enable you to
participate in the distribution.
The first distribution date is anticipated to be towards the middle of May.

I contacted Alex Bosch at VOASA and his office requested me to forward the relevant receipts and documents to them. They acknowledge receipt of that and will advice on further actions to be taken. I have not received any communication from Leisure Cor since.
