Sub – Criminal complaint against supplier situated at china with bank a/c in Singapore and probable unknown hacker, for cheating and withdrawing US$ 44390.92 from my account, by committing a fraud, regarding


I am an Importer and having a prop. Firm M/S Lord Krishna Light House, situated at 1880//6, Mahalaxmi Market Bhagirath Palace, New Delhi 11006. I am engaged in the Import and trading of various type of fancy lights and electrical goods from different part of Glove including china. During the course my business I Placed an order for supply of enameled aluminum wire to one Chinese company M/S HUANGYANG BRONZE CO., LTD, Huangyang industrial District, xiangchang, xuchang, Henan, china 461700, having telephone no 0086-371-69103518, fax no 0086-371-69102628 and e-mail ids as- [email protected] . During the course of negotiations for this deal I was getting and sending the communication to the aformetioned e-mail id, from 1st January to21st feburary 2011. Thereafter I received communications from another e-mail id [email protected]. The difference between both the e-mail ids is of only one latter i.e. in the second e-mail id instead of latter” e” the latter” a” is replaced. In all the communications the mail was send by one Mr Henry. Since difference was very minor it did not come to my notice .During the course of communications on 17th march2011, I received a mail from Mr Henry through second e-mail id, wherein the copy of commercial invoice and packing list was attached and


I was advised to transfer the transaction amount i.e. US $ 44390.92 for the aforesaid consignment, in

460 north bridge no 0100

SG 188734 Singapore,

in the name of HELLMAN INTERNATIONAL LOGISTICS PTE LTD.


In the said mail the reason for change of account no was given, that due to some ongoing investigation by the government, regarding the taxation matters, their accounts have been put on hold, therefore the transfer is not possible. Relying upon the reasons, I transferred the transaction amount in the new account no. on21st march 2011. During 22nd march to 28th march 2011, I send several mail to mr Henry for sending me the documents relating to the subject consignment and B/L etc, but Mr Henry did not respond.On 28th march afternoon Mr Henry came online to me at hotmail messenger and informed me that he did not receive the payment of the transaction amount which I transferred to him on 21st march 2011. Thereafter I forwarded the communicatin and the copy of remittance document to Mr Henry. After perusal of the said mails and remittance documents Henry informed me that the e-mail id from which Iwas communicating was not their e-mail id and they did not receive the said transaction amount.At that time he raised his apprehension that his e-mail id or my e-mail id appears to have been hacked and due to this the transaction amount might has been drawn by the so called hacker fredulantly. After coming to know that the said transaction amount has not reached to the supplier, I send a request to my banker to recall the said amount from the said Singapore bank and in turn my banker has send a request to to the said bank at Singapore for sending the said amount back. Said request is pending. Copies of all the referred documents are enclosed along with this complaint for your ready reference . In the light of incident narrated above it is requested, that suitable action may be taken to recover my amount and action may be taken against the persons who are involved in the said fraud and crime.
