I have been with Global Tele for a good 4 years and I tought the servises were good or atleast I was lazy to check other service providers. On an Average I got myself a recharge for about a $100 every month or month and a half. The usual modusoperandi for the recharge was the sales agent calling me to recharge. This sales agent (Ramesh Reddy from Blore) usually would promise me 2800+ minutes for a $100 recharge. I would usually not go back and check on the actual minutes after the recharge, however last time when I checked back I noticed the billing rate was actually 5+ and not the promised 3.9..when I called to check with support I got a cold answer saying this is what is been offered. I decided to cancel and it is 3 weeks now and I still do not see any money back every time I call speak with a Supervisor I get the same answer, "We will refund your money in 2 days" .

My advice stay away - Donot go near this unprofessional company.
