Not everyone can fly October 7, 2009
Bad Service
On 7th Oct I booked a trip for October 16 2009 for 4 persons to Hanoi. My Credit card transaction went thru but I didn't receive any booking reference number from air asia go holiday. I called go holiday hotline and every phone call I have to wait for 30 min for someone to attend to my call. She took down my telephone number and promised to call back with further details but the call was never made. I tried calling back but there was no reply after 9 pm. There was acomputer message requesting me to call again tomorrow. When I called my bank to confirm whether any payment had been made to Air asia they confirmed that payment had been deducted. I have yet to confirm for my Hanoi trip which is supposed to be next week. Customer service is not up to the mark. Please don't just accept payment but refuse to confirm or provide any service.
