Wanting a brow wax, K decided to support the local buisness and what a shock she got! Firstly the therapist took rough paper towel and wiped down K's face as she had a bit of shine, OUCH! for a sensitive skin... When K asked the therapist why she had to do that, she was told, 'Don't you worry, I know what im doing' After the wax (Depilieve STRIP wax) K felt that they needed to just tidy them up a bit, which the Owner Yasmeen then offered to do, which the original therapist started arguing about... Yasmeen then proceeded to apply the wax to the top of her brow... THE SKIN CAME OFF!
When K returned to complain Yasmeen would not even listen to half a sentance, she kept cutting us off, telling us how experianced she is and how K is a dirranged young girl who is full of herself and abviously just doesn't want to pay. She does not acknowledge any responsibility for the fact that K now has horrible red scars above both eyes. She then came to our office to tell us of how we have upset her and her clients and wanting to contact our boss... Oh please, even if you have 27 years of experiance in skincare, you can still make a mistake! Your customer service is appalling! Get a handbook!
