This is just to follow-up my complaint earlier. The standard charge is only 15 or 20 dollars for every 500 USD or 1000. In some countries like Singapore and China (Hong Kong) are even lower. I sent 400 USD to Philippines, I was charged $40 USD (more or less) plus I lost some amount for exchanging twice from USD to Rupiah, then from Rupiah to USD. Is that fair? This is in Jakarta, Indonesia Western Union agent. Mandiri Bank to be specific. I got the receipt.
