Last year my mother purchased an Elantra from Brad Benson.
A year later last week to be exact she took the car for a routine oil change and a minor recall. Well of course they told her the recall was not minor and would be a probablem. She should just trade in the car. The salesman then proceeds to tell her she received a horrible deal and could have done much better.
My Mother calls my husband and I and the salesman gets on the phone he's going to sell her a better car for the same payment and term of her current deal. NO CHANGES ALL WILL BE THE SAME AND SHE WILL GET FREE OIL CHANGES FOR A YEAR we spent over hour on the phone with this guy checking everything out.
3 DAYS LATER MY MOTHER WAS ADVISED SHE IS NOW LEASING HER CAR AND WILL HAVE TO RETURN IT IN 3 YEARS. They took her large down payment and her old car she was just about paid off and tricked her into a lease. Leasing was never disgusted and would have been denied right away.

Brad Benson should be a shamed of how they are running his name into ground. The sales force in this dealership are a bunch of scam artists that play tricks on the customers. When you call or go to the show room they are all busy or on test drives with customers.
This is not how you do business
I would not suggest this dealer ship to anyone I know.
