To whom it may concern,

I am writing this complaint in relation to the work being carried out in the Artane/ Montrose area, the work is going on over four weeks now and quite frankly is unbearable, drilling into concrete starts at half seven in the morning and continues on till after 6 in the evening, i have a one year old baby whom is in the height of teething and getting very little sleep and she is constantly woken by this, even her daytime naps are affected meaning she doesn't get any rest through out the day, i also am seven and a half months pregnant and wore out by the constant noise. Not only is there drilling, concrete trucks and shouting from a very early hour but also numerous times looking out the back window i have seen board gais employees urinating against the back wall. The road is continuelsly blocked by badly parked trucks/vans meaning cars cannot drive in or out but also the footpaths have been completly boardered off with no other option than to walk out on the main road with a buggie, i also imagine this is very confusing for a blind person as there is no alternative path marked out. I find the wholejob to be completly unproffesional as not only are they taking a ridiuclous amount of time but now they are re-digging areas of concrete they have previously dug and filled in. Please get back to me about this matter as it has gone on far to long and i imagine the noise levels must be against some human law
