I would like to lodge a complaint on the inconsistent pricing that and Aisa Pacific Travel Pte Ltd and Royal Carribean had on consumers. On the 6th April 2011, i have paid a total of SGD $670 for a 2 Night cruise tour from Singpore to Malacca. However, to my amaze, the following day, my agent, Lyn from Asia Pacfic Travel Ptel Ltd from Singapore called me to inform me that Royal Carribean had increased the pricing for ocean state room with window due to high demand. The Due to the high demand, she demands to impose an additional SGD $39.00 per pax on me. I feel that this is totally absurb and unacceptable.

Your pricing should be consistent and for the fact that i have agree upon the pricing and paid in full, it is simply not right for you to increase the price without prior notice and demand your consumer to pay just because it is high in demand. THis is the first time that have booked a cruise tour to Royal Carribean and experienced such an unfavourable experience! I would defintely not recommend your service to my networks and will share with them such unfavourable incidence especially your unfair pricing system.
