Drink order was wrong 5 times and then one didn't arrive for 35 minutes. Waitress, manager & several staff are Russian (appears to be a front for mail order brides). Since Aug. 2010 Direct Tv has promised us the use of the all famous Whole Home system. Beware, it is really not whole home. You have have one DVR and recievers in each bedroom. They told me that my boys could watch their recorded shows at the same time in their bedrooms. They cannot. I ordered repair parts from this company in October 2010. I eventually received the merchandise, but they sent the wrong part. I notified them about their error and returned the part for a refund. Brought my 1999 Chrysler 300M, with no other major problems in years, to Carman Dodge Service Center because the gauges would drop to zero while the car was running and driving at regular speed (still drove fine). This company came to do the grooming on my dog and promised a 5 star treatment that included nail trimming. My wife was alone home when they came and performed the service on my dog. When I came home I found out that they did not do the nail trimming on my dog, I called them and promised to show up next day. When they came for the nail trimming the cut my dog's nail so bad that my dog was bleeding severely for a couple of minutes and in pain. My son signed up at this site for a trial for $1.00. However, he CANCELED his account and they have charged 29.99 to his bank account. Here is the problem. Many people do not look at the bottom of their page where there is a pre-ticked terms of service agreement and un-tick it prior to hitting the purchase button for the dollar trial. My Uvers connection keeps dropping every 3 minutes. I call support and reached the well knkown "Bob" from Atlanta. Bob had a rich indian accent. In any event Bob was rather nice and helpful with me and my complaint. He scheduled service for between noon and 4pm. The problem I had was that I couldn't be there until 2:30. Six month after filing for my mother's death benefit, KMart is still stalling and refusing to give us any information regarding why they have not paid the benefit she earned. Each 30-45 days they ask for additional information and stall for an additional 30-45 days. Finally they admitted that they had all the information and the check would come within 45 days; it didn't. Went to this doctor for lift and reduction. Ended up coming out of surgery with a staph infection which later went into Cellulitis. He also placed one implant behind the muscle which was fine, but then he place the other implant infront of the muscle making it impossible to get a reading of the left breast tissue from a mammogram.
