My many inquiries have gone straight to voicemail and the email address in the voicemail has returned no answer in over a week. On their website they publish that payment will be sent in 7-14 days after order completion. No one at the company will accept responsibility for accounts payable. My daughter purchased a new Ford Fusion in our hometown in LA. She was driving home to Gulfport, MS and noticed her tire kept going flat & she kept stopping to put air in it. Small complaint..I actually was impressed how Kmart has changed since the last time I was in your store. My only complaint was that there wasn't enough check out folks, so two people were dealing with very long lines and frusterated folks. The two fols ringing were also hadneling returns. I have worked retail and I know there are times when you become unexpectedly busy, but I do recall this happened last time.
