I was make deal with Liwang employee of Wocheng Business Co.lTd.
I make payment by TT for 1Tb WD External HDD 50% as per our deal.
Before we make TT they agree for make 50% first then we send goods after that we u received goods make rest 50% payment.
We force them to make LC but they say that we not use LC for small orders. So we also agree to make 50% payment, but now they do not dispatch our goods . till we donts get our goods they demand us rest of 50% first.But now i dont beleive on them that if we make rest payment then also if they donot dispatch our goods then what we can do. Is there any way to return money back or our goods.
So plz noone can trust on chinese businessman.
